Ignacio Martín Nacho Scocco (born on 29 May 1986 in Santa Fe, Argentina) is an Argentine International Football player currently playing as a winger for AEK Athens in the Greek Super League. AEK Athens FC Ignacio Scocco signed a 3 year contract with AEK Athens on the 18 June, 2008. AEK Athens signed Scocco for a fee of €1.5 million and will be earning €650000 per year.In his latest interviews Scocco also stated that this was a huge opportunity for his career and that playing in Europe was a dream for him. Nacho is the fourth Argentine AEK Athens player. The others are Sebastián Saja, Ismael Blanco, and Carlos Araujo. During his time at AEK, Scocco has been mostly used as a left winger. Scocco scored two beautiful goals in 2009 Greek Cup Final against Olympiakos. This match ended 4-4 after extra time and AEK lost it in penalty shootout with 15-14. Scocco also scored two times in penalty process.
