Pablo Aimar is an Argentinian soccer player, who currently plays for Real Zaragoza of Spain as a Midfielder.

Pablo Aimar was born Pablo Cesar Aimar on November 03, 1979 in Rio Cuarto, Argentina. His nicknames are Payaso, (Clown) and Cai.

Pablo Aimar has played for Real Zaragoza since 2006, when he was transfered from Valencia CF of Spain. With Real Zaragoza, Pablo Aimar played 43 matches, scoring 16 goals.

Pablo Aimar started his professional career in 1996 at the age of 17 playing for River Plate of Argentina. With River Plate, Pablo Aimar played 82 matches, scoring 31 goals. He won 7 titles: 5 Primera Division Argentina (1996 Apertura, 1997 Clausura, 1997 Apertura, 1999 Apertura and 2000 Clausura), 1 Copa Libertadores (1996) and 1 Supercopa Sudamericana (1997).

In 2001 Pablo Aimar was transfered from River Plate to Valencia CF of Spain.
With Valencia CF, Pablo Aimar played 162 matches, scoring 58 goals. He won 4 titles: 2 La Liga (2001/02 and 2003/04), 1 UEFA Cup (2003/04) and 1 UEFA Super Cup (2004).
