Fernando Morientes is a Spanish soccer player, who currently plays for Valencia CF of Spain as a Forward.

Fernando Morientes was born Fernando Morientes Sanchez on April 05, 1976 in Caceres, Spain. His nicknames are El Moro and Nando.

Fernando Morientes has played for Valencia CF since 2006, when he was transfered from Liverpool FC of England. With Valencia CF, Fernando Morientes played 28 matches, scoring 18 goals.

Fernando Morientes started his professional career in 1993 at the age of 17 playing for Albacete Balompie of Spain. With Albacete Balompie, Fernando Morientes played 22 matches, scoring 5 goals.
